When it’s a special birthday and all the family has rallied together to throw you a fabulous party it would be rude to not get some special photos to remember the evening by. Obviously there was dancing but also to die for brownies, mouth watering fish and chips and lots of lovely friends and family celebrating with Penny.

But this year has been the first year that I have had all my 4 children at school (we added another kid into the mix in 2019 cos we are obviously not fans of sleep or tidy houses). This has meant that I have had time to allow me to give more to my photography and what a year it has been! I somehow ended the year as 3rd in the UK and 9th in the world for the Reportage Family Awards (I mean what!?) which is just the biggest honour.
Choosing my favourite images from the year is always haaarrrd! Why did I chose these ones…so many reasons but all have one thing in common, they make me feel something! Enjoy having a nose…
I feel so insanely blessed that JK and Anya found me! If I could do this again, I totally would. I had just the best time at their celebration (they had their official wedding a little while back).

Before they left for their grand adventure their wonderful friends threw them a farewell gathering for their nearest and dearest to shower them with love and I had the joy of capturing it. You can tell these guys will be leaving a big whole in the UK, but I could also tell from the the very short time I had with them that they will also be a HUGE blessing in Nepal.
